    Boxing And bodybuilding

    ok there the problem, i want to get muscle mass, but i goin to take boxing class soon, even tho im skinny....... will this keep me from gaining mass?

    nah just make sure you have a nice meal before you hit up the boxing and dont do any other cardio besides this if possible, try to lift on days you dont box too. gl man, im gonna start some jujitsu soon!

    Really it depends totally on your diet.. training program, etc.. but your boxing class should be equivalent to a cardio session.

    I've been through boxing and my training usually only did endurance exersizes because in boxing, weight holds you back makes punches slower and harder to move and they will probably make you do intense cardio which will burn a ton of calories. Usually pro boxers go for months to a year building lean muscle mass then they focus on endurance and switch back and forth.

    all depends on how serious he wants to take it, from the looks of it it seems like he just wants to learn how to fight(i could be wrong). 1-2 sessions per week wont effect you.
