    Smile New web forum

I would love to see a forum for those people recovering from injuries and getting back into the sport can participate in. As an athlete recovering and trying to bounce back from injury, I'm having trouble finding people with the same goals, who can relate to what I'm trying to do. It would be great to have people to ask advice of, who have been in my shoes, can tell me what I can expect, and that will help me stay motivated when times get frustrating.

    Thanks for listening!

Can there be an option to select what unit of measurement you wish to use. Then I can enter my workouts in kg. If someone else has selected to use lbs when they look at my page it automatically shows in pounds, and if I look at theirs it will show it to me in Kg? Or just have both visible.

If I have completely missed this option when searching how to change from lb to kg please let me know.

    Thanks.

    workout tracker

Is it possible to make a digital workout form for the workout plans on the site. This way if I want to track Kris Gethin's 12-week hardcore cut day 15, I can type it into the search and it will bring up the form for me. It might be easier for people doing the workout to track their progress online. I me takes me longer to create the electronic version and fill it in than it does for me to do the workout.

I mean this way it makes it easier for people to track it. For each program it only needs to be done once and the users can keep using it for the next 20 years. So while it has a larger upfront time cost it has an unlimited payoff tine frame.
