Critique my leg workout

5 sets SQUATS

10,8,6,6,4 <---- ALL heavy, increased weight each set.

5 Sets DEADLIFTS

10,8,6,6, 5 <----- increased weight each set.


Leg extension, Hamstring curl Combo
12 reps on the leg extension supersetted with 10 reps on the hamstring curl

3 sets

Jump Squats

8 reps, 2 sets



What do you guys think? I did this just today.

looks pretty good man, just take out those jumping squats it kind of over does it if you ask me.

IMO its best to do squats and deadlifts on seperate days. Both are very demanding lifts and need a lot of effort in order to put full intensity into them.

It depends how you can recover short term. It is not one or the other.
