What are some really calorie rich foods?
Like peanuts? Something I can snack on with a lot of cals but still healthy?

Fruit is easy to snack on if you like it. There's about 100 calories in an average apple or bananna + the fiber, vitamins and other nutrients.
Basically any nut or seeds. 200 calories in 1/4th cup of most nuts/seeds.
100 calories in 1/4th cup of raisins..

Want hight calorie? Try eating some butter. Pretty much anything fat. I believe it's 9 calories per gram of fat. Something pretty ridiculous like that. I would suggest just getting one of those weight gaining milkshakes. They're like 1000 calories per serving, something crazy like that. Just get a carrying cup and take them with you wherever you go.

100 cals? Not much of a contributor to a daily goal of 4000...

You can get a lot of calories from protein/fat meals, but you want to have mostly protein/carb meals...load the **** up on bread, oats, rice, etc.

my breakfast: 3 scoops of whey(30 g of protein),1 tb spoon of peanut butter,1 yuoghurt,100 g of oats, 1 banana. that gives me alota carbs and 55g of protein and about 700 calories to get me going for 3 hours till my next smoko break.
oherwise i eat 1 lil bag of hazelnuts 70g=12 g of protein, and 450 calories..
see if u want a lil snack, nuts dont help much coz they dont have many carbs.nuts are good with cals, and healthy fats but u need carbs to energise ur muscles bro. eat some bread sandwiches with meat in it...bread=carbs.

Good thread idea, I am having trouble eating all my foods. I am struggling to get over 2500 and I would like to be at 3500 cals a day.
I found dried fruit to be pretty good or a glass of orange juice had carbs without filling me up too much.
I find it hard to find a snack that is high in calories but low in fats...

Carbs like bread and rice I think are a little more dense than things like oats (cooked) and potatoes. I know I could eat 2 slices of bread (110 cals each) and be as full as 1 medium potato (110 calories).
You could also get more simple carbs into your diet. Sugars are very dense in calories. It's not healthy, but as long as most of your carbs are from better sources you should be fine.
