Apparently there actually are quite a few legitimate studies that found GAKIC to be pretty decent.

There are only two. I have access to every medical journal there is and only found two. Both of which stated there needs to be further experiments conducted. Here is the actual conclusion from one of the two:

"In conclusion, the present data obtained using repeated sets of Wingate cycle ergometry support and extend the previous isokinetic dynamometer findings of Stevens et al. (19), that GAKIC can serve as ergogenic aid to improve muscle performance in repeated, high-intensity, exercise. These findings reinforce the notion that GAKIC supplementation may be a useful aid for strength-power athletes, similar to creatine supplementation. Unlike creatine, which requires approximately 5 d of loading to produce improvements in high-intensity work (14), GAKIC appears to impart an ergogenic effect within minutes of consumption. This presents an obvious advantage for GAKIC supplementation. Future studies are needed to corroborate the effectiveness of GAKIC. Additionally, it would be of interest to determine if GAKIC supplementation in combination with creatine or HMB supplementation would yield an additive effect."

at my local gym there is a younger kid just starting his freshman year in high school, dont get me wrong because for his age he is a beast. this kid asked me to help him train on his chest and leg days. his maximum bench was 155 strugling to get one rep. the other day he brought in a sample pack a gakic that he had recieved from someone and on his second set he benched 160 for 4 reps. now usually i dont fall for muscle techs flashy add campaigns and magazine propaganda, but this stuff from what i can conclude is for real

I got a free sample of it, and although it was a one time use thing, I did recieve a noticeble differance in strength, my reps were higher and I did lift alot heavier with a stronger focus then normal (just so hard to concentrate with all the gym bunnies around), but like I said this was upon first time use, So I have no clue as to how well this supp would work in the long run, i.e. just like the rest of the products it could be great for the first week and then the weeks following you could get lil to nil effects.

Blue Rhino is actually a Controlled Labs product.

Hey pu I know this is off topic from the thread, If next month I drop the WB and added BR with the green bulge, think I will have a lack of energy for my workout, or will the GB/BR take care of that?, also will the vascularity reduce a significant amount?, I love WB don't get me wrong I just dont want to be accustomed to it so I was thinking of taking next month off and just take the GB/BR. Haha unfortunately I'm still not big enough to truly start cutting, about a year and a half ago I dropped 60 lbs from a very unhealthy 5'10 210, to 150 and I'm building back up from the beggining so to speak, so I will deffinately still be bulking for a lil bit.

Energy levels should be fine, and could even improve. Cycling off the White Blood every month or so is a good idea. Vascularity could actually improve, but your appetite COULD be affected by the YC.

My lord, can we at least get our facts straight? Retail is 79.99, it will be sold for much less than that once it hits online distributors. Hell, you can even get it cheaper than that at GNC.

And before I have to hear anything from anyone, yes it's still expensive, but honestly, quit just making up numbers. Gas is overpriced right now, too, but no one is going around saying it's $9 a gallon.
