    Whey too sweet, any receipe?

    Hey , I bought a big tub of ultimate nutrition prostar STRAWBERRY flavor.
    Its good, mixability and 25g protein per serving but it's sooo sweet with some butter after taste.

    Do u guys know any receipe or style to amend that?
    I tried blending it with oats and milk, still no good.

    I added twice the usual amount and it became terrible, v hard to drink.
    I ordered strawberry coz of sale, regretting.

    Sounds like you may just have to chug it down then. Strawberry is one of those flavors that can be very hit or miss. I haven't tried that particular brands version.

    Looks like you really have to tough it out lol.

    I normally add almond milk, 1-2 bananas, 1-2 apples, a bit of water and 2 scoops of MyProtein Impact Whey Chocolate Smooth.

    You could add peanut butter or some other ingredients to dilute the taste.

    Greek yogurt is pretty tart. That may help to offset some of the sweet.

    Simply add more water would be my initial recommendation.

    Try mixing it with greek yogurt which tends to be more bitter/tart, that might help cut the sweetness quite a bit.

    Also, try adding in pb2 OR raw cocoa... those could help cut the flavor.

    Baking with it might be a great alternative too.
