    Is there any strength to gain from Craze?

    Is there any strength to gain on Craze?

    Specially regarding bench press?

    I hear some people talking about how they did not feel any direct stim effect but gained considerable strength the first time they took it.

    Is that bull?

    Craze isn't full of stimulants like a lot of other bullsh!t supplements. I believe there is 80mg of C per scoop. Craze will provide you with smooth energy through out your workout while also providing you with excellent focus/tunnel vision and endurance. These elements can attribute to a better workout and heavier weight lifted since you are pushing yourself more so then you might normally.

    ^What he said. Craze isn't going to magically make you bench 20 lbs easier, but it might give you the extra motivation and focus to lift heavier weights than normal.

    You said you plan on taking your preworkout at 10pm. Caffeine is not the only stimulant in craze as the previous posts suggest. Much like I said in the White Flood or Craze thread, you want a stim free pre for taking it that late.

    No preworkout is going to give you strength. It may help with you striving to exert yourself at full capacity, but it will not give you strength.

    I have been using craze for about three months, I recently picked up some white flood to give it a shot. On days where I was taking a break from craze(because it is intense and will get you so amped up that sleeping doesn't happen, not stimed out jittery tweaking, but you go so hard for so long that your body just isn't ready for sleep) and I found my workouts to not feel as powerful as when I am on craze, but all it was doing was putting me into the right mind set of your here to work out and move weight, and move weight at your limit. Now it could just be placebo effect, or it could really be getting me that zoned in either way it works. But be careful because it is potent. And while White Flood did dial me in, for lack of a better term, it didn't give me the craze that Craze gave me.

    Oh and for true insanity and feeling like your Zues and your arms are made of lightening bolts and you can destroy anything, try Craze with Hemavol.

    I still wouldnt recommend any stimulants or stimulant containing products that late if you wish to have restful sleep that night. But that is personally up to you

    I tried 2 ON ZMA's and an ON Melatonin at 11:30pm to knock me out after a 2 scoop craze, 1 scoop Hemavol, + 3g's of Beta alanine preworkout at 8:30 to 9pm with a workout of 9:15 to 10:30, also dosing 2 APE's and 2 Activate Xtremes at 8pm. Don't know if that's exactly safe to suggest, but I did get to sleep fairly easy.

    I try not to take stims after 5pm. A lot of pre's may list caffiene but keep in mind things like tyrosine can enhance the sim effect, b-12 can't contribute as well. On top of that most have some sort of vasodilation properties the combination can pack a punch
