swimming question
Hello. I was wondering... Does swimming along with a cutting diet and proper supplementation etc... will really help me lean muscle mass? even if it is a little or so?

Swimming is supposed to be a great form of cardio. It also works all of those little muscles that you can't seem to get when you lift. I think that swimming along with lifting would be a great way to get in shape, keep your body fat low and build some lean muscle mass.

yea it will swimming will also build your endurance in and out of the gym, as long as your still eating well and clean youll def be gaining, of course there will be some slight lack in your traps, since those get in the way in proper form in some strokes, i have friends who are swimmers...
swimmings awesome for cardio, as long as your not doing it for hours though and if you are make sure to intake proper protien so catabolism doesnt occur, get a shake and drink it between rest if swimming a long time

well yeah, swimming is pretty much the only excercise I can do, since I injured my lower back, and well I really want to keep progressing =) so what would be a good training regime, or how do I know it isn't too much? I was swimming last week 1200 meters, crawl style. What would be a nice program to follow as with the rest days etc?

yes it will help you cut...and yes you can gain some muscle mass from it. you wont beceom huge(like from purely lifting weights) but you will gain some muscle mass.
Do you think they'res a bunch of muscle fibers that are lazy watching TV and eating Doritos and say "nah I'm not going unless good ol' CNS lights itself on fire from overload, then I'll help out." -Khryz :D
