Bee's Evolution!
Hello everyone! My name is Brandon, I have been on bodyspace for a while but really haven't tried to use it much until recently like today! LOL
A little about me:
I have been lifting for over 20 years and have been involved with the fitness industry for 15 years in one way or another. I have worked for almost every major fitness facilty name in the busniess, GOLD's Gym in OKC (no longer there), World Gym in Denver Colorado (also no longer there), 24 hour fitness , and many more. I have done sales, managed and Personal trained (which is my passion).
I have also worked for some big names in the supplement industry, the biggest being EAS in Golden Colorado. I was there back in the day when Bill took care of his employees before he sold it and things went to hell!
Now I'm Kind a rep for MET-RX, don't want to get myself in trouble thats why I say Kind a rep. Let me explain.
I just won the runner up spot in the $100,000 Met Rx challenge so I don't actually work for them but in a way I am endorsing their product! GO MET-RX! LOL
This last year has been a fantastic year for me in terms of gettin in shape. On top of winning 10,000 dollars I started competing again. I placed 9th out of 13 in the light heavy wt class at the Colorado state. It was my first show in 5 years and my lowest placing ever. That won't happen again! LOL
My wife also started competing and won her Ht. class at the Natural Colorado. She started working out 12 weeks before her show and looked amazing. She was never into the gym thing now I can't keep her out of the wt room.
SO now that I have done my bragging. This is where I will be logging my stats and workouts. I will start doing that Monday it's a perfect time because I am just getting back into DC after a 4 week layoff! Please feel free to make comments or even jump on my bodyspace and request me as a friend!

Thanks guys, I'm looking forward to getting to know some of you on this forum. Wala I worked my butt off for the Met-Rx contest, and yes it sucked to think I didn't get the rest of MY 90,000 dollars! LOL However it was a great experience and the guy who won will be a great spokesperson!

Tonight was the first time I have really worked out in a while.
I'm doing DC, but since i have taken about 4 to 5 weeks off I really didn't do RP portion on my chest.
DB Incline press
1 x 50lbs x 15
1 x 65lbs x 15
1 x 85lbs x 15
1 x 110lbs x 11 Straight set (SS)
Cybex Front delt press
1 x 25 (per side) x 20
1 x 45 x 15
1 x 55 x 14 TOTAL RP
This was the first time I used this machine. Boy it will put you in your place as far as wt goes! LOL
close grip bench
1 x 135 x 15
1 x 185 x 12 RP
30 min of cardio.
Not a bad way to get started. Happy my strength didn't drop while I was away. I guess my body needed the rest.
Up date tomorrow with the next workout!

Feeling a little guilty today because I didn't workout last night! Or maybe it's regret because I'm still looking at legs today instead of thinking man I'm glad thats over! LOL Oh well, I'm going to hammer them today and start growing again. I'll up date later today!

Finally got to legs! It's been a crazy week for training. My training partner (my wife) has been waiting for a job offer, well she got an unofficial job offer on Tuesday, we waited by the phone on Wed. and finally got the official offer yesterday! So our workout Schedule has been thrown off. However we're back on it!
Standing calf raises

Hey umm....DS LOL! Thanks for stopping in, my next show is July 12th The Colorado State! I took 9th there last year in the light heavies and going to be a heavy this year! Looking for a little redemption this year.
Update
After legs I haven't been to the gym except to do one session of cardio. Weekend was a little crazy, I was test judging for the NPC at the Rocky Mountain! It was a great show and a lot of great physiques! A lot of inspiration there! Especially the wheelchair division!

The Workout you looks great bro, the work you've done and where you've been is amazing. Goodluck in your road to the stage this year. You'll definetly place higher than 9th.
