Heard of the Diet: Beyond Calories?

I'm wondering if anyone has heard of the diet "Beyond Calories."

If you've heard of it, please leave a comment of what you've heard. Also, if you've used it or are using it let me know what your success has been. Thanks.

Read for yourself... http://fatloss4idiots.com

It's just another mass-market diet designed to make the Trademark holder money. There isn't anything novel about it. I think their moniker speaks volumes about it - "Fat Loss 4 Idiots"

After reading their website, it looks like they're just regurgitating information that is already published in hundreds of books and online articles right here at this website that don't cost you a dime.

It appears their main components are calorie/carb tapering and nutrition timing, which you can find plenty of information about doing a search at the bodybuilding.com super site.

Their message is sound, but their delivery reeks of used car salesman.

I know a couple of women who did it, and lost some weight, but it is mostly because trying to organise the foods they tell you to eat results in lowering your calories a lot. Basically, you have a fat day, a protein day and a carb day, except not really because they mix things up too much to really make it work.

If you are interested in that sort of approach, then take a look at CKD in the keto forum.

Thanks for your comments.... I've been doing it while maintaining good protein levels and it's working well for me. Keeps me energized and helps me maintain my portion control. I guess it's just a mind thing that I needed to get back in the swing of things.
