I once weighted over 200 pounds and was able to cut down to about 155
I m about 10-11 % body fat but with TONS of loose skin when i stand up i have a 6 pack (though not very defined) but when i sit down i look like i m fat.
I also have TONs of loose skin on my chest and it always seems like its sagging a little. Is there anything i can do to improve my problem? especially the chest part, maybe decline would help?

From what I've heard before, you can't really get rid of loose skin naturally. You'll have to get it cut. I might be wrong though.

If you don't want loose skin, then you wanna get bigger... on a side note, drink chinese green tea on the daily... Makes your skin smoother and tightens it (helps with wrinkles, should help with loose skin a bit?)
