Here's my 400k/cal surplus diet, I'm only doing 400k/cal for now coz I just came out of a pre-contest diet (There are reasons why I couldn't do the contest, it sucks.. college comes first before bbing right?).
Anyway, I think I'm just gonna split/break the dinner and late night meal into 3 coz I don't sleep at 8, I'm gonna have to eat the last meal at 10.
Here you go.. thanks for any input.

Looks okay. I would say that you should lower your workout time to only an hour at most. Cortisol starts to set in...
Also, as for your during workout shake... it should probably only contain protein because you don't want insulin in the presence of your workout as insulin will decrease the testosterone, or so I have heard. Just drink the dextrose along with the whey after your workout.
About that chocolate milk stuff, I bet it is processed. Garbage it.
Where is your veggies/fruits?

Squat: 260 lbs x 15 reps to parallel at 164 body weight. No belt. No wraps.
Dumbbell Bench Press: 100 lb dumbbells x 14 reps at 164 lb body weight.

I don't think the dextrose will decrease testosterone, it'll decrease GH release but on the good side prevent cortisol release.
