Will this work?

how will something like this work

week 1: 8-10 reps.
week 2: 6-8 reps
week 3: 4-6 reps

and keep cycling that for 12 weeks or something. take a week off. then repeat.

i want to get big on my next bulk..not just stronger. i am seeing good results in strength with max-ot but i havent got much bigger. the more i read the more confused i am getting.

my friend does 4sets x 10 reps for all his workouts. what do u guys advice?

cycle between high/low reps or do high reps. i also don't want to lose my strength.

"the 40 year old virgin"
guy: is it true that if you don't use it, u lose it?
lady: is that a serious question?
guy: no..no it really wasnt

the problem with that workout for me is finishing each workout. i know half way through i will be dead. i can barely do chest/shoulder together. so chest, shoulders, tris and bis...:-)

i guess so, but the whole idea behind dual factor is not to train to failure each workout. a lot of times when you do 1-2 body parts a day people train to failure or near failure.

why not train your entire upper body in one workout? you should be able to do this cus you are only doing 1 exercise per muscle group in most cases. for example, here is my upper body strength day...

bench press
bent over BB rows
seated DB press
weighted dips
