Lemon-Lime Cellucor C4

Huge thanks to Cory Magrys at Cellucor for selecting me to participate in the Lemon-Lime Flavor Promo.

Doseage - I train in a fasted state at 5am. I take 1 scoop of C4 in 4-6oz of water. I never take 2 scoops due to the fact I am a huge coffee drinker and always have a cup when I begin my teaching day.

Mixability 10/10 - perfect as is all of Cellucors products in this category. No clumps, just easy mix and great taste! I always mix in 4-60z of water in a shaker cup.

Pump 9/10- solid pump form C4 that lasted a good hour after my workout. I train using Time Under Tension from Bob K and the combination is amazing.

Vascularity 9/10 - can really see the vascularity on my arm training days. Feels like my arms are tight and ready to explode!

Taste 10/10 - I am a huge Gatorade fan and this reminds me of the Lemon-Lime flavor which is one of my all time favorites!!

Price - very fair price. For 30 servings can find for around $30. A 60 serving tub can be purchased for near $48. A $1 per scoop for workout on another level is well worth it.

Overall 10/10 - there is a reason this is the best pre workout on the market! I hope this becomes available in 30/60 tubs in the near future!
