Wassup
I was just thinking about my goals and where I want to be and realised that I want to add 4+ inches to my arms before I'm happy. I was just wondering, how long would this take? 8 months or so?
I'm 14+ and want to get to 18+.
How much have you guys gained, how long did it take you, and if I eat right, how long you think for me to gain the 4?

LOL! 8 months! I don't think so, unless you're really gifted. I've put two inches on my arms since June.
There is no set time, but 4 inches don't come quick."Sometimes you just feel tired, you feel weak. And when you feel weak you feel like you just wanna give up. But you gotta search within you and try to find that inner strength and just pull that **** out of you and get that motivation to not give up and not be a quitter no matter how bad you just wanna fall flat on your face and collapse." - Eminem

Thats pretty nice to say crash. He didn't know and obviously he had no clue on how long it will take to add 4 inches so he was just giving a guess at it, just because he wasn't near being close to the right answer, why act like a dick? Anyways I would guess it will take any where from 2 years to 5+ years to add 4 inches to your arms.

Well, depending on your diet etc, you could put on 4 inches in about 3-4 years if training right and eating right..Depends alot on you though...

I would say there are tons of things that you have to figure if you want to the amount of time your arms to grow 4 inches. Hitting the highlights, it would probably be diet, training, genetics, rest, and probably a lot more variables that go in to that.

Should literally gain an inch a year or so. I know that sounds slow but just don't think about it and stay motivated and before you know it your girlfriend will be feeling on your 18" arms.

Dont wright the guy off. Yea 4 inches in 8 months is almost impossible. Tho i gained 3.7 inches in 12 months as i am a genetic freak.
Tho if wacked an average guess id say 2.5 years with consistently and good diet.
Newb gains will give u 2" plus in first year.
