3 months isn't long enough to see real substantial progress just keep doing what your doing and use progressive overload and if after a couple years you still think it's disproportional start encorporating more declines or dips

    Bench - 150kg/330lbs

First off, I would recommend adding an Incline press of some sort to your routine. You will hit your whole chest no matter what exercise it is but you can also focus some work on the upper/lower chest as the fibers run side-to-side. I would recommend chest dips or decline flys as thoughs are two of my favorites.

Keep on keeping on. You're going to have to put on a substantial amount of body weight before you see any appreciable muscle mass increase, and at your current size, that's going to take quite a bit longer than 3 months.

    Don't forget to eat.
    No brain, no gain.

It is a good progress. Although other posters are right, and for more muscle you need more body weight, you should already be able to see how your chest tends to grow, and do something about it right now. Decline bench press is the thing for you. Maybe even better with dumbells.
