Hmm...
So I have a little gym at home. MERCY brand bench and CAP brand bar and weights, not that that means anything.
So at school where I lift everyday after school, this week I did 135x6, 115x10, 115x10 with ease, just as I expected. It was nothing new as I always can do that much, so no big deal.
Now, at home, the bar is 15 lbs (Yes, one of those screw on end pieces, piece of **** bar). I don't know whats up. I put on 50 lbs on each side, making 115 lbs. I didn't have a spot so I didn't want to go with 135, just to play it safe. It's a good thing, cuz I could only do it 3 times.
It's ALWAYS like this for every single lift I do at home. At school all of my lifts are like 20,30, even 40 lbs higher. I don't get it. I weighed the bar twice now, it's 14.8 lbs. My spotter doesn't even really encourage me and when I did the benching last week he didn't even help lift it off the rack or help it up whatsoever. Keep in mind it's ALWAYS like this for EVERY lift.
--Cliffs--
-Lift at school
-Eat consistently the same
-Sleep consistently the same
-Always can do more weight at school
-Pisses me off
-Any ideas?
