RESET A.D. REVIEW

First of all, I will say that I was really skeptical of this product at first. Plenty of theories of pregnalone and estrogen increase with a bunch of people claiming it doesn't work. I tried knowing very well of the "claimed" side effects, but I assure you, it didn't matter to me. I kept a log for the first two weeks, but it seems people lost interest. My cycle just finished and I'll give you my honest opinion of Palo Alto Labs Reset A.D. I assure you all, my opinion is not biased as I represent no company.

RESET A.D. EFFECTIVENESS

Now let's discuss the effectiveness of Reset A.D. If you visit my Reset A.D. log, the introduction said I was taking 1-1.5grams of caffeine a day, that's not including the Green Tea, Tyrosine, Gensig, etc... I was also taking. So, when taking this product for the first time, my results weren't that good. Well, that's what I thought anyway. My caffeine withdrawal headaches caused me to throw up, nose bleeds, and overall fatigue that I've never experienced before. Mind you, I stopped caffeine cold turkey when taking my Reset A.D. cycle.

With that said, as the caffeine withdrawals started to subside, which I attribute partially due to the Reset A.D. supplementation, is when the results really started to show. It really helped ease the transition from stimulant use to non-stimulant use and it indeed helped my workouts. Since caffeine has been proven to help with D.O.M.S, without caffeine supplementation, my D.O.M.S started coming back and by did my muscles hurt for the first time in awhile. The Reset A.D. played a crucial role in that, my energy levels came back hardcore in the gym and for that I'm thankful.

My Score for Effectiveness: 9/10

Reasoning: It lost a point because it didn't help that much in the beginning, instead it helped after a few days later.

RESET A.D. Price

That's one of the big reasons why I tried it. It's cheap and there were a lot of opinions saying it was a decent product and would do wonders for me. Of course, there was a few negative reviews on it. Either way, I like to try a product myself before I jump to conclusions on it.

Nothing else really to comment on, but it's a very cheap and innovative product. Palo Alto Labs have really made a great product everyone can afford.

My Score for Price: 10/10

Reasoning: As stated above, $17.99 for an innovative product, that is a proven investment. You can get it even lower then price match it on bb.com.

RESET A.D. SIDE-EFFECTS

This is my only issue with this product, which also has its positives which outweigh the one negative I have:

Negative (that's right, not plural):

1) After a few days into the supplementation I started experiencing was hot-flashes. I attribute this to the pregnalone, but I'm not exactly sure.

Positives (plural ):

1) The first positive was that it helped ease my transition from stimulant use, excuse me "abuse", to non-stimulant abuse. The first few days I'm not sure anything could of helped me; anything short of vicodin anyway.

2) After a month of non-stimulant use, I started using stimulants once again. Now I feel the rush like I used to. I'm literally bouncing off the walls and have an unbelievable pump in the gym. One thing I will note, I only use stimulants pre-workout, not any time after.

3) My mood improved after a few days and boy was I in a bad mood the first few days. I'm already a pissy person as is, but this product made me feel like I didn't have to prove something to anyone. Simply put, I was more of a pleasure to be around, in my real life anyway.

4) It helped with my lethargy from quiting caffeine. I was really lethargic the first day of quitting caffeine and this product helped it within the first day of use. Amazing to say the very least.

My Score on Side-Effects: 9/10

Reasoning: Again, that one negative dropped it a point, but unless someone proves it wasn't the pregnalone, which I've read is a common side effect, I have to call it like I see it. Not too mention, a nine of ten is a great score anyway.

RESET A.D. REVIEW CONCLUSION

Finally, there isn't much left to say, but this product is my new staple and will never leave my supplement stash. If anyone is suffering from minor to extreme adrenal fatigue, this product should be in your supplement stash too. If you haven't tried it, I would suggest doing that and come to your own conclusion. Even if you don't have adrenal fatigue, I recommend trying it anyways, simply because it will re-stim your stimulants. That's right ladies and gentlemen, you can take this product with stimulants too. That right there is amazing in itself.

As some of the Palo reps know, I abused stimulants to the point I felt I needed them... So, I stopped all stims cold turkey. None before a workout, none throughout the day, none period. It's best to do it that way, but you can take it with stimulants as I'm doing that now.

I'm currently doing one A.D. a day pre-workout with my Shock Therapy and have great energy and pumps. It helps, but if you are that stimulant resistant, then I would quit cold turkey on all stimulants.

No. Originally I mega-dosed 2 caps 3 times daily for one bottle. Then I went to the original dosage on the bottle.

I felt the effectiveness after day one, hell even the first dose.

I see...so for someone who didnt overuse stimulants, but feels that they have adrenal fatigue...what dosage should they use?

2 a day is a good dose

or if you want to stretch out the bottle longer, you could start at 2, then around day 15 or so taper, 2aday/1aday/2aday/1aday

if you feel better on the 2 a day, stick with that routine

Thank you for the awesome review. I ordered a bottle of this earlier in the week and will be using it in my v-diet (to replace stims) although I'm still taking the green tea.

I was concerned about how effective (if at all) it would be, then I started seeing stuff about increased estrogen production which would suck during a cut cycle.

I'm really hoping for positive results from this, I'll deal with hot flashes, just means i'll sweat a little more (which i've heard from other users)

Is it ok to take while on prohormone? I'm starting a cycle in a week and I've been on reset for about 4 days. I'm prescribed adderal and I was taking 20mg in the morning plus 10mg afternoon. I have SuperPump for preworkout and it definatly doesn't have the kick it use too. I've tried to cut everything out as much as possible, but I drag ass in the morning. I can't get going so I take the adderal but just one. Later I take another one. I am prescribed them because I actual need them, but still I try to use them as little as possible.
