What's a standard timeline of a bodybuilding competitor towards the show?
and what is usually done during that estimated time?
like when you stop sodium, when to carb out...etc etc...
just trying to get a rough ideas of things leading to a show

24 Weeks out: bulk up by...
12 Weeks out: start cutting by ...
8 Weeks out: ....
4 Weeks out: ....
2 Weeks out: ....
1 Week out: ....
