OKay so heres the problem.. its been 5 months that im lifting weights and when i started out i was only working the upper body and a little bit my arms. And now i got a fukin big chest with small guns lol... wtf do i do ?? should i only train my arms 5 times a week for a month??
Plz help me!!!!

Cable curls and preacher curls, aswell as Incline curls and hammer curls, are the best exercises I know that help give bigger arms.
Cable curls and preacher curls give a wicked burning feel at the last rep of each set, feels like your bicep will come out of your arm.
Incline curls I like to do right after Dumbell curls, you get a better workout on your arms because of the increased range of motion, and every rep you stretch your bicep when you bring the weight down.
Hammer curls help build thicker arms, and some forearm work aswell.
