    check out my new diet plan

    been working out and dieting for the past month or so. I've been noticing muscle gain but no weight loss. i figured it's due to me gaining some muscle and losing some fat. However I did some searching around here and I found out that I was starving my body because I was only eating around 1400-1600 calories a day. Thinking that my calorie deficit was not helping me lose weight in a healthy way, I changed up my diet to fit a few more calories in.

    stats
    sex: male
    height: 5-6
    weight: 200
    bf%: dunno check my bodyspace. (hopefully someone can give me a good eyeball estimate)
    diet before this: ate two fast food meals a day....yes that's all...yeah seriously
    goal: get back down to 160-170
    cardio: 30 min 5-6 times a week

    morning 7:00

    2 scoops whey - 240
    1/2 cup oats - 140
    1.5 servings soy milk - 150
    total -530

    meal 2 9:25

    2 slices whole grain bread - 140
    6 slices shaved turkey - 60
    1 slice non fat cheese -30
    total 230

    meal 3 12:30

    1 serving natty pb - 180
    1 banana - 115
    total 295

    meal 4 pre workout 4:00

    1 banana - 110
    1 clif bar - 240
    total 350

    workout 4:45 - 6:30
    2 scoops whey - 240
    total 240

    meal 5 dinner 7:00

    1 can tuna - 60
    1 serving non fat mayo - 10
    1 serving veggies - 100
    total 170

    meal 6 bedtime 10:00

    1 serving nonfat cottage cheese - 80
    1 serving peanut butter 180
    total 260

    DAY TOTAL - 2075
