been working out and dieting for the past month or so. I've been noticing muscle gain but no weight loss. i figured it's due to me gaining some muscle and losing some fat. However I did some searching around here and I found out that I was starving my body because I was only eating around 1400-1600 calories a day. Thinking that my calorie deficit was not helping me lose weight in a healthy way, I changed up my diet to fit a few more calories in.
