    Figure your calorie needs with this equation:
    66 + (6.3 x body weight in lbs.) + (12.9 x height in inches) - (6.8 x age in years)

    This gives you your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR). Multiply it by 1.2. This is now the minimum amount of calories to eat if you don't exercise and don't have an active job.
