    Beans with maple syrup, good for bulking?

    In the morning i usually eat 1 or 2 cans of this stuff. its awesome! 1 can is 315cal 14pro .8fat 63g carbs, 11g of fiber. on the can it says it contains dextrose.
    Is this good for bulking? im bulking totally clean this year.

    What kind of beans? Hmm. Not sure how high the GI would be but if its not too high then I say go for it I guess. Also if its too filling you may be too full to effectively eat more calories. Just keep that in mind too.

    check the label for a sec and see if it has "high frucose corn syrup". if it does, which most maples syrups have, then avoid it, cuz there goes ur clean bulk. also, beans are an incomplete protein source, so u need 2 eat it w/ another incomplete protein 2 make usable protein, lyk nuts.

    If you are getting you beans from a can then I suggest you look at the label and see how high they are in sodium. To much is not good for you (specialy if you are black)so make sure before you make these a big part of your diet.
