I'll say it again and again, don't ****ing arm wrestle. Too many injuries from it
All my friends want me to do it with them to see just how strong i am, but i always tell them to go **** themselves, I ain't doing that ****.
Just say no to it.

Yah I noticed when I arm-wrestle with big fellows my forearm hurts dramaticly..i guess its the bones or something maybe the tendons it feels awful i cant do exercies correctly for a few days after.
2014 Misc Raw Bench Press Contest winner in the 276lb+ 555lb lift @ ~280lbs
2014 Obtained goal of 600+ raw bench press. Shoulder also hates me.
2015 Lost 110 lbs and currently enjoy being healthy. Retired heavy bench press.

What really is the point in armwrestling?
Its a typical macho gay little game ( sorry no offense ) that proves nothing at all.
If you all wanna do something tuff ( the arm wrestlers that is )then you could always start training martial arts. Taekwondo, MMA or shootfighting or whatever. Start sparring, knock the crap out of each other for a few friendly rounds. Now thats fun. Not armwrestling LOL
