    8 Months to go!

    Sup guys,

A little intro about myself :

    - 20 year old, been lifting for almost 4 years now, hardgainer, went from 62kg to 88kg.

    The Aim :

    - Achieve a very high fitness level (need to pass the Beep Test with a very high grade + high efficiency in short sprinting) [needed to get admitted to an undergrad course]
    - Build the most amount of muscle/size/gains at the same time.

    Time Limit :

    - 7-8 months (October are the fitness tests)

    Nutrition :

    - Eating around 3500 - 4000 calories/day from clean foods (rice / potato / tuna / chicken / baked beans / milk / oats / weetabix / banana)

Workout Routine For the Muscle gains:

    - Next Monday gonna start Coolcida's PUSH/PULL/LEGS routine ? http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=149807833 on a 5/6 day split

Workout Routine for the Fitness Gains :

    - Swimming in a pool for 1 hour/ day (5 days a week)
    - Beep test and Sprinting for 6 days/week

    Notes :

I will probably be eating lots more since I'll be working out for like 2.5-3hrs a day with 1.5-2 of those being cardio

Has anyone got any suggestions / Ideas / Tips or anything which should changed in order to help please?

You will definitely need more calories than 3500-4000 with that much cardio and lifting in order to gain any size. You might be better off doing a lifting routine that isn't so demanding, like a 4 day split.

Working diligently for a 405 bench.

yeah probably, since im eating that calories at the moment, when only lifting without cardio hehe - its like a push pull with an extra day for legs ... maybe i try training legs once a week only, since i'am gonna run a lot?
