How do I increase Strength and Weights?

Right now I am benching normally about 135LBS. I am wondering how will I be able to gain strength and start lifting heavier weights. Its been the same weights for about 2-2 1/2 months now. Im sick of these baby weights. Let me know about any tips you have. Thanks!

do pushups nightly, and when you wake up, you'll see your bench shoot up. Worked for me.

Work on your triceps as they assist in benching and look to increase your lifts by 2 or 3 % per week.
But don't expect an improvement forever,do low intensity workouts to and then heavy ones, look into periodisation.

Eat and change up your routine. Yep. It's that simple.

push yourself, eat plenty and clean, change up your routine, train with intesity its okay to strain. try supersets, negatives, giant sets, drop sets, heavy low rep sets then high rep sets, workouts like 21's, running the rack, 10*10. stuff like that
