Side tricep comparison
two pictures below, one off season, one not so off season.....
which looks better?

6' 2"
Off-season: 280-290lb
Competion: 240lb - need another 10lb this year
Best lifts:
Deadlift with wraps : 704lb
Squat : 550lb (hard when you are tall)
Bench : too bad to mention <400lb
Train 4 days a week.
Mon - Chest/Shoulders
Wed - Back/Calves
Fri - Arms
Sat - Legs (excluding calves) - only till i puke.

You are 6'2, and almost 300 pounds? God damn! Heads must turn everywhere you go!
You should go to a grocery store, and start ripping open packages of chicken, and eating the breasts raw. Then, go into the canned soup isle, and squeeze a few cans open with your bare hands and throw them at the teenaged punk cashiers!

that first one is amazing, well they both are! but i think the first one with that bit more seperation and detail looks fantastic.

Thanks for the comments.
I may be nigh on 300lb (more like 280+) in the off season, but was no where near that in the pictures....plus I have the same issue everyone else has....im too small.
Regarding posing, its clear from my previous competions this is something that I need to continue to work on.

I must say that the 1st pics is the best since I try and look at the whole body. I have to say your delts are amazing!!! Nice cannon ball shoulders
