Monday - Chest & Kettlebell Swings
Tuesday - Back, Traps, and Neck
Wednesday - Legs & Kettlebell Swings
Thursday - Shoulders
Friday - Biceps and Triceps & Kettlebell Swings
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - HIIT for 15 minutes
It's not really great for bulking, but it makes for a fantastic cut or maintenance.
