Ok if you wanna flame me for a dumb question go ahead but I am asking anyway.
While you are carb loading on friday night and saturday, is it possible for the body to remain in Ketosis? Reading the Step by Step Keto plan it says that the body is still using fat as it's energy source since carbs are being shuttled to the muscle. To me that would logically have the body continue to create ketones. If not, what causes the body to go out of Ketosis?
