Hey man, I dont think that you are getting enough calories early enough in the day. You should start off with around a 400-500 calorie breakfast and I think that it should be eggs. You need those calories early in the day to keep your matabolism going and also to kick start it from resting while you were. Im going to show you how to taper your meals, just incase you dont know how.

Id then eat a 400 Calorie meal 3 hours maybe consisting of cheese and a pickle or two. Now we are at 900 Calories 3-4 more meals to go!

At lunch I would eat 400 more calories, I make beef/chicken currys, tuna salad etc...just get those 400 cals. 3 more meals to go!

3 hours after that I usually eat a can of tuna (140 cals) with a tablespoon of mayo (100 cals) and 32 grams of cheddar cheese (130 cals) = 370 cals, close enough for me.

We are now at 1570-1670 Calories depending on how many calories you had for breakfast and you wont have gotten hungry once throughout the day. If that 3 hours has gone by, guess what, its time for another meal! Eat whatever you want(Keto friendly of course) but have about 300-350 Calories, now you are at 1870-2020 Cals.

About one hour before bed, which is usually about 3 hours after my 5th meal I eat some cheese or a pepperoni stick, but dont consume more then 100-150 Calories. In total you would have consumes 2020-2170 Calories and you should never get hungry and also have success in losing some of that weight you want to lose.
    No whey!

I think I need to add more calories as well.

I also think I need to bump up my protein. Hell, I can find fat in everything, but my protein isn't quite there yet.

    Keep on truckin' my friend!
