I workout 4 times a week and it seems like my workouts are really short. I am only working out for 45mins, but I do feel good leaving, and am seeing gains...Does that sound too short?
I am just curious how long you guys workout, I know it kind of depends on time of day and how advanced you are.

45 to 50 minutes on average day (5 on 2 off). As little as 30 on leg day. If I'm ready to yack or pass out after heavy squats then I'll sacrifice extensions or do calves some other time.
I don't count any stretch or warm up time part of the work out.
I asked a question a week ago on test levels. Got a great answer. You may want to read it when you get a chance.

anything over 45 min. is catabolic and a waste....
just try it yourself go 8 weeks training 3 days weekly, 45 min. workouts
then try it your way for 8 weeks...
that would prove my theorythe greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing the world he didn't exsist
