Cycling Sesamin?

As regards to Sesamin, I've been taking it for about a week now and have noticed (along with strict diet and cardio) a great loss of fat and a greater retention of muscle compared to previous cuts without any supplements. But my question is weather or not you have to cycle Sesamin to keep it's effects active as opposed to not cycling it and have it lose it's strength due to 'adapting'. I've searched and couldn't find anything on this topic, plus I've read bb.com's article on it with nothing said of cycling Sesamin. I'm assuming you can take it year round (since it is a food) and stay lean preventing fat storage (aside from bulk) which would be very ideal...any opinions on this?
