I just got this PM, top secret exercises
Oh hai thur. kyokushin1 (creator of the standing ab crunch) just PM'd me this. He told me not to share it with anyone but I just had to get it out to my fellow teens.
Standing Bench Press
Stand and unrack the bar and hold it out in front of you, bring the bar to your chest and press it back. Make sure to squeeze your shoulder blades to take the delts out of the movement and isolate your chest. See picture:
Standing Bicep Curl
Like the inferior version, seated bicep curls, this movement also uses an 45 degree incline bench. Stand on the incline bench and do bicep curls. You'll really feel the burn on your biceps. It'll also work your abs balancing in the trough of the seat. Combine with standing ab crunches for a full ab workout. You'll have all the muscles necessary for the bench next summer!
45 degree incline bench:
Hamstring Extensions
Sit on the Hamstring Extension machine and extend your hamstrings as shown. Also note the nice rack on the young lady demonstrating this exercise:
Upside-Down Rows
Lay down on a bench and row the weight towards your sternum. This is one of the best mass building lat exercises. This young man is putting much effort into rowing that weight.

just like hammer curls, but with a delicious twist! do as many hammer curls as you can until failure, then drink some tea, go to failure, drink tea, alternate until you have drank all the tea. *this part is for experts only: combine with standing ab crunches for added difficulty.
