i just got back from the gym and i had a 60g protein shake before i left and i drank a lot while i was lifting, thats not unusual for me. but right now i feel like i mgunna throw up, is there anyway to keep down food? if i do should i just have a nother shake and chickenbreast after??? how long after?
and if your just going to say somthing stupid, dont waste my time.

60's alil much, around 40 is where u wanna keep it. Anymore and your body prolly wont absorb it. It all depends. Also it's prolly from just working to hard, this happens alot, just be sure to rest and not do alot, you've most likely already over trained alil. Just be sure to get your protein in somehow, another shake might be good, only not 60 grams, maybe 35-40, just something you'll be able to keep down. Throwing up a meal won't do you any good.

yea i know it was too much i usually do 30-40s just it was first day at school and i didnt want to buy any cafateria crap so i just bought 2 bananas and when i got home i needed protein.
isint it like you can only absorb 30 grams in 4 hours or somthing??
