    Looking for pics of 165/170lbs and 10-15% BF

    I was just curious if guy is between these categories I am looking for pics. I just want to see what my end product will be.

    I would like to be 165-170 w/ 10-15% BF
    Currently I am 174, 24%

    Ultimately I would like to look similar to Rusty Joiner http://www.rustyjoiner.com/ (minuse the 8pack, for right now)

    Any help would be great thanks guys.

    I posted some pics from June after a long cut. I started at 191 I believe and ended at about 167. I'm 5'9'....you should be able to find my thread by checking "threads started." I've gone back to a clean bulk and found my body was dying to grow after being restricted somewhat on calories for so long. I'll post some new ones soon where I've made some good gains in the last two months since the pics were taken.

    you right Mule ...when im not cut which is hardly ever ....im ups around 190 and im pudgy...you know the soft look....but my shoulder routine is overhead miltary press....3 sets to the front and three behind the neck...i do the behind the neck on a smith machine....also do latteral raises and a few diffrent exercise that i could not really put into words you would have to see them to understand them...

    but like mule said its all diet....eggs, chicken, beef, venison, low carb protien shakes....i keep my carb count low....i eat around 150g carbs a day...sometimes more....depending on how i feel.....protien is alwasy around 400g........

    Ya I have to agree somewhat. You look great don't get me wrong. But 400g of protein daily is harsh on your kidneys man. You can't drink enough water to flush it all out. Your gonna be kicking the crap out of your kidneys at this rate. You shouldn't be anymore than 180 or maybe 200g daily at your weight of 175. But hey you look great now

    the recommended daily amount for mass building is 1.5-2g per 1lbs of bw. he weighs 175. so you do the math. his body can take at most 350g of protein.

    you'll never grow eating 1g per 1lbs of bw lol.
