    IMO many MaxMuscle brand (excluding protein) products are underdosed. Look at the label for the ZMA. It's like half of what other formulas contain. Also their prohormones look underdosed as well. I do like their proteins though, especially MaxPro.

    Not the one they sell at thier store, its got all the right stuff, but do u mean that they are lying, or that the one u saw didnt have the right dossege? PS: im currently buying the ingrediants seperatly, should I just keep doing taht? thanks

    No, not that they are shorting you on label claims or anything like that. But I remember looking at their ZMA several times and compared to comparable products from other brands it contains less of the active ingredients.

    Actually the calcium in the multi would likely inhibit the absorption of the zinc so you wouldn't be getting the same thing.

    You could however go out and just buy zinc, magnesium and b-complex separately and still end up spending less.
