Shoulder pain during and after chest day

Lately I've been having a pain in both my shoulders on chest day, and not so much on shoulder day. Could this be that im lifting too heavy? A while back I gained a bunch of strength and since then i've been lifting alot more than i have normally lifted. Is this just a normal pain that goes with lifting heavy or should i lighten up?

whenever doing any kind of pressing exercise, you need to warm up your shoulders really well.

i always warm up my rear delts, no matter what muscles i am working.

I warm up everyday. I will try longer warming up sessions maybe.
My chest w/o consists of flat bench either bb or db, Incline (oppisite of what i did for flat). Flys or pec deck, dips

I workout chest once a week
