Lose the LIPO, MM and Relacore.

Learn how to eat and start exercising.

Rushing weight loss before learning how to manage your body will guarantee you to regain your lost weight. Make a lifestyle change and not a quick change in weight.

Great advice njd6580. Lupita the only supplement you need is a multi-vitamin, relacore is really junk and a scam, you are young enough that you metabolism is higher than it will ever be. You came to the right place, there are thousands of articles on diet and exercise here. There are also similar experiences to your here. Be patient and stay away from shortcuts. Good Luck, glad to have you here.

You need to eat right and burn more calories than you tak... PERIOD.

There is no magic pills...no voodoo... no nothing. I tried them all... Lipo-6, Hydroxycut, etc...don't even know if they helped or not...because I was eating right at the same time.

Eat 6 meals a day, clean nice protein rich meals...exercise 3 times a week and you will start loosing weight.

freaky?

i lost weight without even trying. ive been working as a cashier for about a week already & im losing weight. the 1st & second days on the job i pigged out. (they sell some freakin tasty burritos there) but yesterday i took some dried apricots, almonds, & a green tea energy drink (only had 10 calories). & i noticed that my pants werent tight & my shirt either. last month i couldnt even zip them up, ive also been wearing rubens windbreakers cuz my clothes didnt fit. so i guess?.im still doing good???

Losing weight requires consistency in your diet, that means you probably should eliminate what is known as "cheat days" for the next few months if you want that "lean and sexy body". Those pills you're taking are only water weight which fluctuates daily depending on how hydrated you are, and skirt the vitamin waters, its just sugars, flavored water should be water with a slice of lemon or orange IMO for a weight loss diet.

If you're going to drink green tea, it better damn well be green tea leaves and hot water, don't try to fool yourself into thinking a drink with a sugar filled version of processed green tea is GREEN TEA, all the sugars in that energy drink will just dig yourself deeper.

You work at a fill up station, I strongly suggest you avoid ANYTHING in that store other than water and mints :P. Also stop with the Muscle Milk, that's a weight gainer as far as I'm concerned. Correct me if I'm wrong, but using Muscle Milk is only needed after a high intensity lifting work out that isolate larger muscle groups, i.e. back, legs (specifically the thigh area) and possibly the chest, since your body is craving sugars, carbs, and fats after that. But MM is definitely NOT FOR YOU!

Snacking - find an organic or health foods store, not a supplement store, and asking for dried fruits and rice cakes. Simple stuff to keep you from craving candy bars and processed beef jerky that surrounds you at work.

Work outs - High intensity, and monitor your heart rate during your work out, and keep your heart rate around 70-80% of your peak heart rate. Also, if you work out correctly, you'll naturally begin to be more energetic and won't need a caffeinated relief as often.

I hope that helps, there's many knowledgeable people here and I hope you get on the right track!

P.S. You have kids, get a jogging stroller and take them out for a jog! It gets you and the kids outside plus an added resistance to a work out for free!

drink more water after you consume this so to avoid that fiery feeling. plus, stop drinking vitaminwater and drink water alone. If you gotta have something sweet, just add a 5 calorie packet to your 20oz water. plus lift weights and or cardio.

I would not go below 10x your bw with a weekly refeed. You may ruin your metabolism.

Hey, your 167lbs really thats not bad at all, theres tonnes of stuff you can take but in the end its just an physical crutch, your fine the way you are and just get your diet down and that 45lbs will seem like nothing!

Great Post, This guy knows what he is talking about... I used to take Muscle Milk when I was trying to bulk, If you want to suppliment a protein there are much leaner egg and whey proteins out there. If you like snacks, try fruits/veggies, an apple a day is a good moddo, and I see you like Green tea, Try DIET GREEN TEA, It tastes great and has zero calories and you can buy it by the gallon. Diet is everything... good luck

1. don't eat in the evening
2. drink strong green tea all day long
3. increase your energy expenditure by doing more exercises, running around with the kids, basically anything HIIT-like.
4. time time time. don't expect results to come withing days or weeks. start to think in new dimensions: months and years!
5. have plenty of sleep in the night. this will provide soome good amounts of lipolytic GH.
6. Don't eat Muscle Milk

this should be useful, I think.
