    Question Natural test boosters question

I am intererested in taking a testosterone booster, like Nitrix T3.

Does anyone know if these "natural" test boosters suppress your own body supply of testosterone? Do they act similar to steroids in lowering the body's endogenous supply of test? When you come off will there a period of very low testosterone? I already have low test and will not take these supplements if they do this. I am still hoping to have a child and without testosterone it's very hard...

pu12en12g, at what natural test level would you need to be at to see results from a natural test booster?

I just got some bloodwork done this past week, and while the levels were in range they seemed a bit low (I realize they can vary from day to day) for a person who trying to see great gains in the gym. I was wondering if I would see any noticeable benefit from taking a T booster.

    Test Numbers:
    Free Testosterone - 12.9 ng/dl
    Total Testosterone - 536.0 ng/dl
    % Free Testosterone - 2.4 %

Edit: Not trying to steal the thread, just thought the answer could be useful to both of us.

The majority of natural test boosters are more like mood/sex inhancers than anything. Tribulus and stuff like that will not do much for dramatic gains. ZMA is the only one that i noticed anything different with and that was with my sleep which was a much deeper sleep. I used cytodyne z- mass pm and i liked it a lot. Theres really nothing to worry about with taking them. Just follow the directions and youll be ok.

Levels do vary throught the day. They are highest in the morning I believe. For comparision purposes (evaluating a supplements effect on T levels), you should have these measurements performed around the same time.

Your normal with a Total T at 536. PA claims 500-1000 is normal. You might benefit from a Free Test booster like ActivaTe, but I doubt you'll get a huge kick off anything non synthetic

No a natural test booster shouldn't suppress T production. Synthetic T effects production.

Correct is just causes the hypothalamus to release LH which travels to the testis and causes an increase in T production, your body will not adapt to the changes in testosterone as in PH's and steroids

    Low test

I had bloodwork done about 6 months ago. It showed low free test levels, but just slightly lower than average total test levels. I went to see an endocrinologist due to weight gain, flat mood and decreased libido. My specialist said he would not prescribe the patch for me until I over with having children.
My cortisol levels or okay, as are LH and other hormone levels.

So, I though perhaps something like NX-Care T3 may help with my test levels and workouts as well.

    Any more advice?

ActivaTe is designed to help with free test levels, if your levels are truely low, it would probably help.
