    Are you supposed to feel worked right after DE Squat in your back and legs? I don't mean sore. I mean like the muscles there are how you say tired or worked. Thanks.

    Yeah. But for me its always glutes, hams, and maybe lower back. Even when bodybuilding type split my quads were never sore.
