oats- are perfect 100g = 350kcals + milk = ~500kcals

chicken breast with baked with some peanut butter on it. Oats with peanut butter mixed in. Almond crusted salomon. Get creative

Indeed, very calorie dense, like the thread title asks. It's something I'd only usually eat while bulking, easy to get in those calories with it, and a nice snack here and there (especially with yogurt).
