Are protein shakes bad for cutting?

Are protein shakes bad for cutting? I'm using non-fat milk and no longer use chocalate ice cream in the shake. Also...I want to get rid of my belly in 5-6 weeks. Cardio 5-6 times for 15-20 minutes a day good enough?

    Yes... stop eating alltogether.

rule of thumb is to avoid saturated fat.. and junk and fast food..
protein shake shouldnt be no harm unless you are not training properly..
