Do You Still Do Cardio When Your Main Goal Is to Gain Muscle?

Just wondering how many people here still continue with cardio to some degree when your main focus is gaining muscle...

Vote, and discuss if you wish.

    IME

Training/exercise/physical activity is like uploading a program into the body that is an updated version and will more efficiently run the "system."

More exercise = better utilization of calories and nutrients.

Arguably more important on a bulk.

i do just as much cardio, i think it helps flush the body of all the built up toxins in your muscles form the weightlifting, and the stronger your cardiovascluar system the faster you will recover between sets thus a more intense workout which equals more muscle

If strength and size is what you're after you'd be better off doing some GPP and Strongman conditioning.
