i was thinking about trying muscle milk as my pre workout shake before wrestling practce
practace is usually 2.5 to 3 hours long and is VERY intense.
what do you guys think about takeing muscle milk pre WO? and how long before should i take it.

uh, i guess its fine. but drink it at LEAST an hour b4 hand. muscle milk is very heavy and a casein protein (digests slowly) which is a good thing cuz ur wrestling practice is 3 hours long. But you might end up hurling if u drink it right b4 wrestling becuz muscle milk is heavy, is so are all other protein shakes.
