Hey ive recently been reading about carb loading and deloading and i dont plan on getting to serious with it but I read that it can certainly help minimize fat gain on a bulking plan. My workout schedule looks like this
Chest and Back
Off - Cardio
Shoulders and Traps
Arms
Off - Cardio
Its a 5 day split. I plan on having lower amounts of carbs on my cardio days which is twice every 5 days, and then having a larger amount of carbs on my workout days. IS this basically the idea of cycling carbs?>
