    Knee Wraps For Squats etc.

Does wearing knee wraps in any way effect growth in quads or anything else while doing squats, hack squats, leg press, etc?

It is recommended that unless you're lifting an EXTREMELY heavy poundage you don't use knee wraps, or a belt for that matter, because they take away from the strength of the body part they're trying to protect. Think about it, if you knees get used to those wraps than they're going to freak out when they're lifting something without them. It's more natural/healthy, on both your muscles and joints, to lift raw.

Seriously you shouldnt wrap your knees until your squatting like 600 lbs and even then only if that is about your 1 rep max. Your knees will strengthen without wraps and that is good.

Then I'll definitely never need to wrap mine.

    Talking

You're supposed to subtract 100 pounds from that for every 10 years of your age.

So, I guess I'm almost ready for knee wraps to do deep knee bends.
    Time To Re-Schedule
