Flexibility / Stretching
After years of not taking the time to stretch, my flexibility has dwindled. I am looking for good stretching exercises that would help regain my flexibility in my legs. I would love to be able to do splits (side / front) again without any problems. I have put a good 10-15 mins aside after my cardio to do stretching.
