    triceps don't grow

    hey guys,

    i have a big issue on my triceps, no matter what i do, i can't make them bigger. my currently tricep workout is this (i do it with biceps, triceps first biceps after):

    close grip barbell bench press - 4x 10/8/8/6
    skullcrushers - 4x 10/8/6/6
    tricep pulldowns - 3x 10/8/6
    (i don't do dips right now, but on my older workout i use to do it, instead of close grip press)

    i know some people will say its a lot of volume to my triceps, but the thing is that with this volume, i sort of feel more than with less volume. so i realy don'«t know what else to do. should i ad one more exercise and do only 3 sets on each exercise? or should i do triceps more than once a week?

    it would be nice to have some advice

    eat more and check your form.
    if you are doing compound press movements they should be hitting your triceps pretty hard. ie bench and OHP. From my experience OHP blew up my tris.

    Hit them twice a week with only 3 sets each session and most importantly eat on a surplus. Give it time.
