Thanks Guys! I had a great time last night. "Team Norton" came in ready to compete. Tommy, Carissa, and Nicole not only came in great shape, they were extremely supportive and inspiring.

Although I competed 3-weeks ago, I came in leaner and tighter, at 146-147lbs, for this show which surprised the hell out of me! I'll fill you guys in more after it all sinks in and I get a little rest and recover from my French-Fry binge...at least 2lbs which is all Layne's fault, he should not have bought them . But, as Layne said, I won the Masters/Overall, Men's Open short and runner up in the Overall. I got to stand next to my teammate (Tommy - overall winner who looked completely awesome) which was the icing on the cake.

Flynn, You looked absoltely amazing man! It was awesome to be able to have fun during the overall posedown with a fellow teammate! Congrats man! You deserved the 2lb. french fry gain LOL

let's go baby! pics time. First up is Nicole. Nicole came in runner up in the women's overall, barely missing the overall this time. Once we have a few more years to work on making her x-frame more pronounced and work on some weakpoints I think she'll get that overall for sure! She's been with me longer than anyone else, so to finally meet her and cheer her on was a real treat.

next up Carissa. Carissa has done 3 shows in her life; she has placed runner up each time and this time I honestly thought she had it. She ended up missing by one point to the gal who eventually won her pro card. I honestly thought Carissa would take it... but it is simply a matter of time for her. Her physique and stage presence is simply too good.

next up Flynn. This man is a special project of mine because he has been supporting me since way back when I did my very first show and people were telling me my legs sucked and I'd never go anywhere. I always urged him to do a show and finally got him to try it out... worked out pretty well. Keep in mind, the man is 45 years old... 45 year olds simply do not look like this LOL! Can you say STRIATED GLUTES!?

The result: Masters overall winner, and 2nd overall in men's open to Tommy.

tommy finally got his pizza...



and flynn finally got his burger and fries... we got to the party and the kitchen had just closed, so ben (carissa's husband) and I walked about 15 minutes in the cold to ensure that everyone got what food they wanted, hey it was no problem... I know that after my shows... I WANT WHAT I WANT! LOL

Thanks guys, a great experience. One of my all time favorite bodybuilding experiences.

Unreal man, you were with me for my contest prep, but you took yours one step further. You should be very proud of yourself. I cant say I know one 45 year old that looks like you do. I know you will be back cause I def can smell a pro card in your near future.
