I work each muscle group (chest, tricepts, bicepts, shoulders, legs, back) 3 times per week is this to much or to little what should i do?

Once a week for everything except abs..three a week for abs.
Mon - Chest/Abs
Tues - Back/Shoulders
Wed - Abs
Thursday - Bi's/Tri's
Friday - Legs/Abs
Sometimes I do just legs on friday and abs on saturday. But if you want gains, you have to let your muscles rest a week.Sponsored by Reactive Training Systems
